Eye Security is an early stage (series B funding, 120 FTEs) international scale-up, with teams based out of UK, Belgium, Netherlands (HQ) and Germany. We're providing cyber security and insurance coverage for small and medium business in Europe. There's a lot of growth ahead of us and we're also looking intro hiring additional experienced recruiter to help us fuel the growth.
In this role, you’ll be deeply embedded with the business, and they’ll look to you to advise and consult with their hiring managers and interviewers, source and assess candidates, and provide positive hiring experience (internally and externally). This is a full-time role, and we're not open to hiring a freelancer.
What you will do:
- Support, guide and partner with Hiring Managers and Interviewers across all departments and locations
- Deliver on hiring needs (end to end, from sourcing to interviewing to closing) by building recruiting strategies, candidate pipelines, interviewing & assessing candidates, working with vendors (incl. agencies)
- Deliver outstanding candidate and hiring experience
- Support Employer Branding activities
- Support Talent and People teams with projects and initiatives (align with your interest area)
- Help us further scale internationally
