Tasks

Your Role as Lead Developer Frontend:

✅ Ownership of our web application frontend, enabling customers to create, manage, and edit AI-generated videos.
✅ Ensure scalability and maintainability through modern architecture, clean code, and component refactoring.
✅ Lead UX/UI development, translating Figma designs into high-performance, responsive UIs.
✅ Enhance video editing capabilities by integrating state-of-the-art AI tools.
✅ Guide a small frontend team after onboarding (80% hands-on development / 20% team leadership).
✅ Collaborate closely with the CTO and cross-functional teams to refine product strategy.

Requirements

Your Profile & Tech Skills:

🎯 2+ years of experience as a Frontend Engineer, UI/UX Developer, or Software Engineer working on scalable web applications.
🎯 Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and JavaScript, with hands-on experience in modern frontend frameworks.
🎯 Strong UI/UX mindset, with expertise in responsive design, usability, and accessibility.
🎯 Experience with Figma or Adobe XD, translating mockups into pixel-perfect components.
🎯 Knowledge of CI/CD practices, Tailwind CSS, and frontend performance optimization.
🎯 Familiarity with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure is a plus.
🎯 Fluent in English & German with on-site availability in Garching near Munich.
