    What will you do?

    As a Remote Operation Test Expert (f/d/m) your task will be to do testing and validating remote operation with teleoperation and autonomous technologies. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of advanced teleoperation/autonomy technologies. The expert will work closely with the operations team, software developers, and hardware engineers.

    Leave your footprint by:

    • maintaining a safety-first mindset at all times, addressing potential security gaps with supervisors.
    • ensuring conscientious and punctual completion of all driving-related tasks at customer sites and on the test track.
    • serving as a safety driver for (partially) autonomous and/or tele-operated trucks.
    • performing manual driving with terminal tractors and regular trucks in productive use at customer sites.
    • adhering to Standard Operating Procedures for tele-operating/self driving
    • ensuring correct load securing.
    • conducting manual and automated tests, stress testing on remote operation activities and verifying fixes.
    • validating system integration with autonomous truck hardware and software.
    • communicating test progress, results, and any issues to stakeholders.
    • participating in design and code reviews to provide feedback from a testing perspective.

    What you will bring to the team?

    • Studies or training in Information Technology or a related field.
    • Alternatively, experience with automotive test tracks combined with proficiency in computer skills to manage tools and equipment.
    • Hands-on experience with autonomous vehicles, robotics, or remote operation systems is highly desirable
    • Proficiency in testing tools and frameworks.
    • Experience with software programming languages such as Python, C++, or similar will be advantage\
    • Ability to travel occasionally to test sites and partner facilities for shirts/midterms deployment durations.
    • Valid driver's licence (Category C)
