IT Project Manager (m/w/d)

Your responsibilities

• Project management: You are responsible for our customer projects and work closely with customers, product owners and developers.
• Planning and organisation:
  • You are able to manage 4-6 projects in parallel (together with Product Owners),
  • Timeline tracking and management: Ability to create and adhere to project timelines,
  • Scope management: Set up roadmaps and track the development status,
  • Budget planning and responsibility.
• Resource management: Ability to plan and manage resources efficiently.
• Presentations: You present progress and results of your projects convincingly and professionally to stakeholders, documenting them clearly and concisely.
• Problem solving: You identify and resolve technical and organisational problems quickly and reliably.
• Risk analysis: You use your experience to identify, assess and minimise risks in the project process.

Your profile

• Project management: You have several years of experience in managing projects in the field of software development.
• Customer projects: You have sound experience in the successful implementation of projects in direct cooperation with customers.
• Assertiveness: You are assertive and do not shy away from speaking unpleasant truths.
• You back up your findings with figures, data and facts, because you think and work very analytically.

Technical knowledge

• Software development methods: Knowledge of agile methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project management methods (e.g. waterfall).
• You recognise the critical paths and success factors in IT projects
• Software development technologies: Basic understanding of the relevant programming languages, frameworks and tools used in the company.
• Project management tools: Experience with tools such as JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project, Asana or similar. Certification: Ideally you have certifications such as "Project Management Professional", PRINCE2 or other Agile / Scrum certificates.
