Your responsibilities

Leadership – You will lead the integration and customization team in the integration of CIOS into the infrastructure of our clients, ensuring the feasibility of various systems at the client’s site. You will provide disciplinary leadership to your team, guiding them in best practices and fostering knowledge sharing to meet the specific needs of our clients.
Plan and Build– Your are responsible for the development efforts of the Scrum Team when creating web applications based on Fincite‘s technology platform while also supporting the Product Owner in planning and designing.
Co-Piloting– Together with the Scrum Team you are responsible for the success of the project and the team members.
Design– You are able to analyze the technical requirement sofa project and contribute creating robust applications.

Your profile

Experience – You have over 7 years of experience in software development, with proven leadership skills in guiding teams and managing projects in diverse architectural environments and organizations. Your agile working style is essential, as you will be a key point of contact for our clients, responsible for the technical implementation of projects and ensuring successful collaboration. You thrive in a multicultural work environment and possess excellent communication skills in both English and German.
Technology – You are a Tech Lead with a strong background in building robust and high-performance applications, ideally using technologies like Python, Django, and REST APIs. You have experience with various architectural patterns and modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, Bootstrap, or Material UI. You possess the ability to integrate customizable solutions and systems to enhance product quality and improve collaboration with team members and clients.
Industry Knowledge – Knowledge in the areas of finance, banking, and asset management is a highly welcome nice-to-have and would be extremely helpful in your role.
