What will I be doing
From the first day on you will be supporting our Sales Operations team in orchestrating transactions with respect to commercial, administrative, and contractual perspectives, as well as managing and contributing towards knowledge pools, guidelines, and accelerators.
You will support sales management and our sales teams in processing sales transactions with prospects and customers and
act as an interface to corporate functions and other departments within SAP Fioneer (e.g., Finance, HR, Corporate Strategy, Sales Support).
The creation of reports and analyses, the management of the contract repository, as well as the day by day processes in the Sales Support team will be your regular, operative tasks.

Requirements
You are currently a student in:
- Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Business Law or similar
Topic Expertise:
- Good MS Office skills, especially Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Project management skills would be a plus
- Excellent English Language skill and additional languages are a plus
- Good commercial understanding. Experiences in contractual law are of advance, but not required
- Strong communication skills (esp. written)
- Problem-solving skills
- Willingness to take ownership in sales support processes and transactions
You are a person who:
- Is hands-on, results-oriented, and a pragmatic thinker
- Is team-oriented and with creative curiosity to improve processes in the respective area of work
- Has an entrepreneurial mindset
- Eager to learn and understand the business principles of adjacent teams (e.g., sales, contracting, controlling and finance)
