We are looking for a new team member for our Business Controlling team. In this role, you will work closely with department heads to manage resources, oversee reporting, and support planning. Additionally, you will lead projects and drive process improvements. Your responsibilities also include analyzing cost drivers to align business units with strategic goals. Your roleYou will support various departments in managing their resources efficiently and monitoring their goals to achieve the overarching strategic objectives of flaconi.You will be responsible for the reporting of various departments, assist with planning, and work closely with Accounting, Financial Controlling, and People and Culture.You will independently manage projects such as forecasts, business planning, KPI tracking, and lead various work packages autonomously.In a dynamic environment, you will question existing processes, develop controlling and financial processes as well as tools, and drive improvement initiatives.You will conduct detailed analyses of cost drivers and follow up with the business units accordingly.You will continuously improve our reporting and planning processes, design blueprints, and manage their implementation.You will ensure that necessary reports are available promptly to fulfill short-term ad-hoc requests.Your profileAt least 5 years of relevant professional experience in controlling/FP&A, ideally in a dynamic environment within logistics.Good knowledge of reporting and planning tools (e.g., Hyperion, TM1, Tagetik, Business Central, and Tableau).Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and understandably.Independent, motivated, and team-oriented with strong stakeholder management skills.Fluent in German (spoken and written) and good knowledge of English.Knowledge of HGB and IFRS is a plus.What we offer youFull transparency: For this role, we have a salary band between 52.500€ and 63.000€ gross per year.
