Our engineering department is responsible for building up and steadily improving one of the most important components that make our business as successful as it is - our marketplace. Your Role

Lead and grow a team of 6-8 Flutter engineers, fostering career development within a self-organized, agile environment

Collaborate with Engineering Leadership to align team goals with the company’s technical vision

Oversee the architecture, design, development, and operations of mobile applications, ensuring scalability and high performance

Mentor and support team members' growth in their careers and technical skills

Partner with the Product Owner to define and execute the app strategy, enhancing the mobile shopping experience

Drive engineering excellence by promoting best practices in test-driven development (TDD), CI/CD, and agile methodologies

Lead agile practices to maximize team productivity and streamline workflows

Build and retain a diverse engineering team, representing the company at industry events and fostering a customer-focused, innovative culture

Your Profile

9+ years of experience designing and developing scalable mobile products, with strong expertise in Flutter

2+ years in technical leadership and team management in mobile development, including at least 1 year in Flutter; experience with AWS or other cloud platforms

In-depth knowledge of iOS/Android platforms, software engineering best practices, and agile methodologies

Proven experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring mobile engineering teams in a collaborative, productive environment

Strong understanding of mobile development patterns, methodologies, and high-performance application delivery

Ability to balance technical and business requirements, building consensus across cross-functional teams

Passionate about the mobile app lifecycle, including testing, maintenance, CI/CD, and release management

Strong communication skills, with a focus on empathy, inclusivity, and inspiring team members

What we offer you

Full transparency: For this role, we have a salary band between 93,000€ and 120,000€ gross per year. The salary that we will offer you will always be within this span and is based on the skills that you show during the recruitment process.
