We are looking for a Junior Retail Media Manager (all genders) to support our team of passionate professionals in developing and selling the best marketing solutions for our key suppliers. If this sounds like a great match for your skill set, we’d love to hear from you!

Your role

You will play a key supporting role in planning, coordinating, and executing paid marketing activities, with a special focus on managing campaigns for our key partner, L'Oréal Luxe

As their primary point of contact, you’ll be the driving force behind their campaign success—delivering exceptional service, ensuring smooth execution, and bringing fresh ideas to the table.

Working closely with the Senior Retail Media Manager, you will assist in campaign planning, analyze performance data, and manage day-to-day operations, gradually taking ownership of specific processes under guidance

Collaborate across teams (Campaign Management, Social Media, CRM) to ensure seamless execution of high-priority campaigns

Analyze past marketing activities and present key insights to internal and external stakeholders

Strengthen supplier relationships, identify revenue opportunities, and upsell media and marketing tools to drive growth

Take ownership of day-to-day operations, including campaign launches, promotional item management, ticketing, invoicing and adherence to supplier investment commitments

Your profile

Completed studies with a focus on sales, marketing, business administration or a comparable subject area, and ideally first professional experience in online marketing/ trade marketing/ campaign management or comparable role

Good communication skills in English, with the ability to present and negotiate, German skills are a plus

Experience in presenting & selling products or services

Outstanding organizational talent - can handle many requests in parallel

Strong analytical skills to read and interpret the numbers to give the right advice to our suppliers

Sound knowledge of Google tools and ideally experience with project management tools such as Jira

Passion and enthusiasm for digital marketing and retail

Full transparency: For this role, we have a salary band between 42,000€ and 45,000€ gross per year. The salary that we will offer you will always be within this span and is based on the skills that you show during the recruitment process.
