We are looking for a Marketing Data Analyst (all genders) to join our Data department at flaconi. You will be part of our Data Analytics team and will play a prominent role in driving the marketing intelligence efforts for a premium online shop of perfume and beauty products across Europe.
Your roleAnalyze campaign performance across different channels, providing insights and recommendations for improved marketing efficiency and customer engagement.Provide clear, impactful insights and trends to guide senior management's marketing strategies and decisions.Create and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to visualise marketing performance metrics.Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across marketing data sources.Collaborate with tracking experts from the Data Engineering team to develop needed tracking, optimise marketing channels and marketing tech landscape, and maintain data quality and integrity across all marketing data sources.Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies, incorporating relevant advancements into the marketing intelligence process.Document processes, procedures, and configurations to ensure knowledge sharing.Your profile2 years of experience in a marketing analytics role in the field of online marketing/e-commerce or similar role.Solid knowledge of SQL and hands-on experience with relational databases. Experience with another programming language, ideally Python.At least 2 years of hands-on experience in BI reporting tools, ideally with Tableau. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal English.Nice to have
Knowledge of marketing attribution and ideally MMM.Experience with A/B testing.Experience with modelling data pipelines and API connections.Familiarity with first party data and the evolving cookies digital landscape.What we offer youFull transparency: For this role, we have a salary band between 57.000€ and 72.000€ gross per year.
