Our Category & Purchasing team for the skincare category ensures that we have the best in class products to offer to our customers in our online platform. In this position, you will have the opportunity to develop your analytical, stakeholder management skills and understanding of the beauty industry by managing your own suppliers and performing market research to identify new opportunities.
Your roleAs part of our category & purchasing team for the skincare category, you will support in operational supplier management. This means, you independently schedule, plan, hold and follow-up on supplier meetings. You act as a key interface between our suppliers and internal stakeholders, such as Retail Media, Master Data Management, Campaign Management and Supply Chain Management, and you ensure seamless collaboration and efficient handling of inquiries.Additionally, you keep a close eye on your portfolio’s performance by regularly analyzing key KPIs, identifying challenges, and driving improvements to enhance assortment success.Beyond operations, you’ll play a vital role in brand and trend scouting, onboarding exciting new brands and products, and conducting in-depth market, trend, and competitor analyses to spot untapped opportunities and shape the future of our skincare assortment.Your profileExperience in Category & Purchasing Management with a focus on Purchasing.Business fluency in German and English, ensuring smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders. This is particularly important for our internationalisation plans.You’re comfortable working with e-commerce performance KPIs and enjoy analyzing data to drive strategic decisions.You thrive in supplier negotiations, consistently securing favorable terms to enhance company profitability.Strong proficiency in MS Office and G-Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.What we offer youFull transparency: For this role, we have a salary band between 50,000€ and 65,000€ gross per year.
