We are looking for a Senior CRM Manager (all genders) who will join our CRM team! The new team member needs to be a hands-on person in order to drive projects forward and very solution-oriented to work independently. Your roleYou will be responsible for the technical advancement of our CRM platform as well as international growth.Your main areas of work will lie in conception and implementation of automated email and push notification campaigns, as well as data connections and project management with our product and IT teams. (e.g App optimizations)You will support team members in CRM-relevant marketing activities throughout the customer lifecycle, aiming to increase customer lifetime value (CLV).You will analyze and monitor relevant CRM KPIs, drawing data-driven insights and recommending actions for optimization.You will develop testing strategies to optimize key performance indicators, ensuring our CRM campaigns and projects are as effective as possible.You will collaborate cross-functionally with other teams, including Product, Engineering, International, Data and Campaign Management, as well as your colleagues within the CRM department, fostering a collaborative and successful working environment. You work in close contact with our head of CRM, reporting directly to them.Your profileYou have successfully completed studies, ideally in business administration, marketing, business psychology, media management, or a comparable apprenticeship.You have at least 4 years in experience in CRM (focus on technical aspects) and have a keen sense of the CRM market and trendsYou have very good language skills in English and can speak a good comprehensive level of German.You have extensive experience with the CRM tool Emarsys and can manage valuable connections to relevant extensions and tools.You have strong communication skills and outstanding organizational and coordination talent, ensuring seamless project management and stakeholder alignment.You demonstrate analytical thinking and an affinity for numbers, coupled with a performance-oriented approach and a holistic business understanding.What we offer youFull transparency: For this role, we have a salary band between 53.500€ and 69.600€ gross per year.
