As part of the financial controlling team, you will play a key role driving and improving our financial reporting, planning and analysis. Your roleCreation and optimization of internal and external financial reports, including the Profit & Loss (P&L), balance sheet, and cash flow statements for stakeholders such as the CFO and our parent companyTogether with the team, you work on monthly reporting, budget planning and forecasting to support flaconi’s business objectivesYou take complete ownership of managing and enhancing our financial tools used for month-end closing, monthly forecasts, and budget planningProviding in-house consulting to optimize existing processes and ensure the targeted use of existing financial reporting and planning tools, as well as other controlling/FP&A toolsAdditionally, you continuously improve our reporting & planning processes by designing blueprints and driving their implementationHandling ad-hoc requests to ensure the quick availability of necessary reportingYour profileAt least 3 years of relevant work experience in controlling / FP&A, ideally in a highly dynamic environment. Knowledge of HGB and IFRS is a plusGood experience in financial reporting and planning tools (e.g. Jedox, Hyperion, TM1, Tagetik etc.)Ideally, you have experience in data warehouse/SQL/BI/Tableau/ERP systemsStrong financial modelling skills, an analytical mindset and the ability to communicate complex issues clearly and understandablyYou are an independent, motivated, and supportive team player Proficiency in spoken and written EnglishWhat we offer youFull transparency: For this role, we have a salary band between 52,500€ and 63,000€ gross per year for a mid-level position, and between 63,000€ and 77,400€ for a senior role.
