We are looking for a Working Student in Strategy (all genders) to join our four-member Strategy department and get involved in developing and implementing our corporate strategy, working on customer experience projects, and providing leadership support for our management board and our CEO. If you are currently pursuing a degree and seeking experience in a strategic, customer-focused position that contributes to our business's success, we would love to hear from you!

Your role

Providing support in the development and implementation of our corporate strategy whilst checking in with relevant stakeholders

Informing our strategic decision making by collecting and analyzing data on market, customers and competitors

Driving innovative projects in order to improve our customers’ experience

Participating in preparation of leadership and shareholder meetings and activities such as our monthly All Hands.

Your profile

Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program for at least one year

Holding first working experience, ideally in a challenging and fast-paced environment, such as consulting or start-up.

A proactive attitude with determination to take initiative

Good written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus

Basic knowledge of Microsoft and Google Workspace tools such as PowerPoint and Excel

Full Transparency: For this role, we offer you a fixed hourly salary between 14€ and 16€. The salary you can expect will always be within this span and is based on the skills that you show during the recruitment process and the progress of your studies.
