Join the Team: If you've experienced the frustration of unclear growth paths, inefficient processes, or your feedback getting lost in the void - this is your chance. We're seeking a driven, passionate Founders' engineer. As our first hire, you'll help build the next-gen engineering intelligence platform that gives developers the voice they deserve. Work directly with the two founders to transform how engineering teams communicate and thrive
Tasks
Examples of What You Will D
Collaborate with Founders (20%)
Brainstorm new feature ideas to prioritize impactful solutions, and join user interviews to validate concepts before committing resources.
Own Features End to End (50%)
Own features from concept to production. For instance, build a feature that automatically generates clarifying questions for engineers: refine UI/UX with a designer, implement BE and FE, integrate an LLM provider, and oversee deployment.
Architect the Foundation (15%)
Improve our CI/CD pipeline, expand our monitoring capabilities, and tackle cross-cutting concerns like user-rights management.
Set the Quality Bar (15%)
Enforce consistent coding standards, pair-program with teammates, and share best practices for clean, reliable code.

Solid Technical Background
- 5+ years of Ruby on Rails expertise, full-stack flexibility (Hotwire)
- You craft intuitive user interfaces and favor elegantly simple backends.
