Tasks
- Lead development of key features across our full stack, from conception to deployment
- Architect and implement scalable solutions that directly impact our users
- Design and maintain our infrastructure, monitoring, and deployment systems
- Drive architectural decisions and technology choices and contribute to our engineering culture
- Write clean, tested and maintainable code
- Help build and mentor the engineering team as we grow
- Work closely with founders and users to put your imprint on our product
Requirements
Must-Have
- 5+ years of full-stack web development experience, with significant Ruby on Rails expertise
- Proven track record of building and deploying production applications
- Strong ownership mentality and ability to work autonomously
- Fluent in English or German
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with Hotwire and modern Rails patterns
- UI/UX design sensibilities
- Interest in AI and its practical applications
