Product Manager (F/M/D)

Are you ready to apply first principle thinking on highly regulated processes and figuring out how we can leverage the latest AI technologies to enable medical device manufacturers to become 10x more efficient in building high-quality products?

We are expanding our product to sever our customers more broadly in their day-to-day work. Thus, we are searching for an experience product manager, building and owning a major, new part of our overall product from the ground up. Together with a cross-functional team, you will own the strategy, discovery, and delivery process for your area of responsibility. Our team is remote-first; however, you should be open to travelling 2-3 per quarter to foster personal relationships with our team and customers.

Your contributions to our journey:

The most important responsibility will be owning products throughout the entire life-cycle and balancing customer with business value. Thus, you will...

• continuously gather customer and stakeholder feedback, and derive insights from data.
• prioritize opportunities according to impact on business objectives, effort and confidence, and facilitate roadmap discussions.
• own the product discovery process to create solutions that solve customer problems and deliver business value.
• be responsible to translate solutions into requirements and work as a product owner with a scrum team to drive implementation and ensure high-quality outcomes.

You will actively contribute to the development of strategic, company-wide topics and act as a leader by example. This will cover points such as:

• shaping our product vision and contributing to the development of the company strategy
• mentor more junior product people in our team
• evangelize a modern product mindset across the company

You will play a key role in implementing and shaping processes to improve the efficiency and quality of our product management efforts. This will include:

• evolving the product discovery and deliver process across teams by implementing best practices and valuable frameworks
• support in growing our product and technology team
• establishing and maintaining effective collaboration with other departments
