Join us for an exciting opportunity as a Facilities Coordinator (m/f/d) at Flix! We need your assistance for day-to-day in maintaining Flix Headquarters in Munich, ensuring their optimal functioning! Join our team and make a significant impact on our facilities' success! This role is fully onsite.
Your Tasks – Paint the world green
- Monitor building service activities relating to designated site(s), reporting and taking action as appropriate.
- Respond to requests for maintenance / technical assistance in person, via telephone and electronically.
- Lead in the setup of corporate events & internal meetings while communicating with other departments such as AV/IT.
- Assemble, disassemble, and set up furniture systems as requested.
- Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
- Maintain site-wide office supplies, mail room supplies and assist with Breakroom supplies.
- Assist with general building maintenance and promptly respond to building emergencies.
- Route issues and requests to the correct resource, track progress and document resolutions.
- Liaise with tenants and Flix Teams and deal with any operational queries they might have.
- Manage, track, and respond to Facilities tickets (requests) promptly.
- Serve as backup/support for Planning and Shipping & Receiving.
- Assist with reception coverage when required to ensure there is desk coverage from 9am until 5pm Monday – Friday.
- Any other duties as directed by your Line Manager.
Your Profile – Ready to hop on board
- 2+ years of experience in a similar, service-focused, role is required.
- Solutions focused, approaching challenges and problem solving in a calm, logical and structured way, thoroughly understanding the objective and desired outcome.
- Ability to build strong professional working relationships with the team, vendors, contractors and suppliers.
- Results driven mindset with exceptionally high standards, ability to embrace change and proactive in recognizing improvement opportunities.
- High resiliency to competing priorities and uncompromising focus on quality.
- Event management and meeting setup preferred, with a hospitality focus.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, and against strict time constraints.
- Ability to utilize a PC and/or monitor is a must.
- Physical capabilities include standing, bending, squatting, and lifting up to 15 kilos.
- Both English & German languages are required (B2+)
