Product Strategy Manager (m/f/d) Fleet Management

We're looking for a motivated and driven Product Strategy Manager (m/f/d) who will focus on Fleet Management within FlixTrain and help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

• You are part of the Digital Product team at FlixTrain, which is responsible for defining the digital experience for passengers and internal stakeholders
• You discover, analyze, and evaluate different user and business needs and define suitable ideas with different stakeholders to improve customer satisfaction and solve important business challenges
• You are the interface between FlixTrain colleagues and our FlixTech organization and work closely with the Product Owner community to turn our vision and our strategy into a product roadmap
• You manage cross-functional tech initiatives with a focus on automation and scalability as well as safe, reliable and efficient operations and ensure a smooth implementation amongst all stakeholders
• You understand the FlixTrain business and their digital products to identify gaps and suggest improvements and continuously optimize them
• You shape the long-term development of FlixTrain together with a strong, international, and highly motivated team that is passionate about the railway industry

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

• Bachelor or Masters' Degree in Tourism, Business, Engineering or a related field
• You have collected at least 2+ years of relevant work experience; a background in the travel, transport or mobility industry is a plus
• Problem Solver: You prove a strong critical and analytical thinking with a structured work approach to collect relevant information, specify problems, and define solutions
• Visionary: You demonstrate the ability to transfer a product vision into outcomes and see the potential for change with a strong customer-focus
• Change Maker: You prioritize based on the FlixTrain strategy to prepare decisions that change the way passengers travel
• Team Player: You work best as part of a team with strong collaborative skills that reflect in strong interpersonal skills
• Communicator: You have strong communication skills that support you in stakeholder engagement and you are fluent in English and German
