We're looking for a motivated and driven Senior DevOps Engineer (m/f/d) to join our team.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green
- Own and build our cloud infrastructure: Design, deploy, monitor, and maintain our infrastructure on AWS, including multiple Kubernetes clusters, using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Automate everything: Improve efficiency through automation, ensuring infrastructure is fully reproducible and scalable.
- Enhance security: Leverage AWS Security Tools (e.g., Security Hub, Macie, GuardDuty) to implement best security practices.
- Support CI/CD: Work with GitLab CI/CD (or similar frameworks) to ensure smooth and secure deployments.
- Develop ops-related solutions: Use Python and Bash to create automation scripts and tools.
- Guide and educate: Support and enable teams to fully utilize our DevOps stack.
- Optimize security: Work with OAuth, WAF, AWS Config, OpenSearch, and security policies.
- Ensure reliability: Troubleshoot issues, optimize monitoring (Prometheus/Grafana, Datadog), and contribute to disaster recovery strategies.
- Be part of on-call rotation: Maintain high availability and ensure system uptime while ensuring work-life balance.
Your Profile – Ready to hop on board
- Strong experience as a Senior DevOps Engineer.
- Proficiency in AWS (WAF, Lambda, Config, OpenSearch, Security Hub, Macie, GuardDuty is a plus).
- Experience deploying infrastructure using Terraform (or similar IaC tools).
- Expertise in Kubernetes and Docker.
- Strong knowledge of Python.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab preferred, but GitHub Actions, Travis, etc., are also fine).
- Basic knowledge of OAuth.
- Strong autonomy and ability to drive initiatives independently.
- Experience or strong interest in security practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
Nice to have:
- AWS Certified Security – Specialty certification.
- Experience with Istio, GitOps tools (e.g., FluxCD, ArgoCD), or improving Developer Experience.
