We are seeking a talented and driven Fullstack Engineer (m/f/d) with a strong emphasis on frontend development to join our Customer Service Domain and specifically the Agent Facing Team, a cross-functional team responsible for developing and maintaining tools that empower our customer service agents in their daily work.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the evolution of our internal customer service platform as we explore new solutions to enhance scalability and efficiency, gradually building a modern, scalable, and in-house contact platform tailored to our needs.
Be part of a self-organized, cross-functional team, working on internal tools used by customer service agents
Develop and maintain applications using JavaScript tooling (JS, TS, React, Node.js, etc), and Python, building internal tools that enhance customer service operations
Contribute to the future contact platform by integrating backend services and improving system scalability
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while optimizing applications for performance and reliability
Participate in code reviews, debugging, and CI/CD pipeline improvements to enhance code quality and automation
Collaborate with engineers, product owners, and other internal and external stakeholders to implement intuitive user interfaces and backend services
Advocate for best practices in software engineering, ensuring flexibility and maintainability in the codebase
Work with cloud-based and IaC (Terraform) solutions, leveraging best practices for scalability and security
Take ownership of tasks with a "get things done" mentality, contributing to an agile and highly effective engineering culture
Your Profile – Ready to hop on board
5+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer, with hands-on experience in end-to-end development
Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and its ecosystem, including React.js
Experience with backend development in Python (Flask/FastAPI)
Proficiency with cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure) and serverless computing
Understanding of software engineering principles, system architecture, and design patterns
Experience in CI/CD pipelines, performance monitoring, and automated testing
Comfortable working in a cross-functional, agile team, taking ownership and initiative
Strong problem-solving skills and an open-minded, flexible approach to software engineering
Nice to have:
Experience working with internal tools or B2B applications
Knowledge of Twilio or similar contact center solutions (e.g. Zendesk, AWS connect, etc)
