We are looking for a talented Senior Mobile Engineer (m/f/d) with a passion for creating mobile applications that make operational processes more efficient.

In your new role, you'll have the unique opportunity to participate in the creation of a brand-new mobile application within our existing product suite. This is a greenfield project—meaning most decisions are still to be made, and many capabilities will be built from the ground up. From defining the architecture to shaping the development and user experience, you'll play a key role in bringing this app to life.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green
- You will be part of a self-organized, cross-functional team
- You and your team will place our users at the center when developing solutions together
- You drive the development process using an Agile environment
- You will be able to design new products from scratch and frequently deliver new versions of existing products, using continuous integration and automation
- You will work with and learn how to use cutting-edge technologies and tools
- Lead technical decisions inside and across teams to improve technical excellence through lateral leadership
- Contribute to finding the best solutions for getting, organizing and providing customer service products that make our operations easier
- Be a mentor and coach for your colleagues
Your Profile – Ready to hop on board
- 6+ years of experience in Mobile development
- Passion for the latest technologies, with some experience in Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile (KMM) preferred.
- Good understanding of SOLID principles and software architecture patterns
- Proficient in writing testable code with a deep understanding of TDD principles
- Eager to engage in product decision-making processes
- Committed to a customer-centric approach
- Previous experience in an Agile environment
Nice to have:
- Experience in building products from the ground up
- Mentoring experience is highly valued
- Contributions to open-source projects
- Up-to-date knowledge of current mobile development trends
