  • We are seeking a talented and driven Senior Product Owner - Chatbot (m/f/d) to join Team Tardis, part of our customer service domain. You will develop customer-facing products, including a brand new help center and our real-time contact channels—text and voice.

    Your Tasks – Paint the world green

    • You drive product discovery efforts to understand customer needs deeply and translate them into actionable insights. You create and own a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and improvements based on customer feedback, business objectives, and market trends.
    • You collaborate closely with backend engineers, frontend engineers, and UI/UX designers to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.
    • You serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, gathering requirements, providing updates, and ensuring their needs are met.
    • You develop, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, ensuring the team focuses on the most valuable tasks and user stories are well-defined.
    • You champion a user-centered approach, ensuring our help center and real-time contact channels provide exceptional customer experiences.
    • You analyze product performance and user feedback, using data-driven insights to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
    • You lead our real-time contact channels on an automation journey using AI, driving innovation and efficiency as we rapidly expand our green footprint globally.
    • You contribute to the PO community by sharing knowledge and learning from peers, thinking beyond the team and domain

    Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

    • You have proven experience as a Product Owner, demonstrating senior-level skills, preferably within the mobility or customer care industry.
    • You gained experience working with Chatbots or Voicebots.
    • You have the capability to inspire and guide a diverse engineering team.
    • You have a deep understanding of customer needs and a passion for creating products that deliver exceptional user experiences.
    • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
    • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
    • You have experience working in an Agile development environment, with a solid understanding of Agile principles and practices.
    • You navigate cross-functional complexities with a bias towards action, avoiding analysis paralysis.
    • You have an open mindset to embrace change, fostering a collaborative and adaptable work environment.
