We're looking for a motivated and driven Senior Product Owner (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team and have the most direct influence on our success.

The mission of the Revenue Management Products team is to integrate diverse pricing tools and services into a single, cohesive ecosystem, focusing on user experience. We are building a green field centralized dashboard, with intelligent automation, and robust security, to enhance the productivity, collaboration, and overall satisfaction of our users.

As the Product Owner joining our Revenue Management Products team, you will collaborate with our Domain Product Owner and Revenue Management department to support efforts in meeting the demands of our evolving business. Your responsibility will be to work closely with stakeholders, both on the business and tech sides, shape the product vision, and, together with your team, seamlessly integrate multiple services to improve our users experience

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

Together with your team, design, implement, and optimize high-value products and services
Understand and communicate the WHY behind your products
Collaborate closely with other Product Owners in cross-team initiatives
Partner with your key stakeholders to analyze and prioritize business requirements
Facilitate data-driven decisions
Define product vision and roadmap in collaboration with your team and stakeholders
Own, prioritize, and refine the product backlog, in line with the strategic vision
Find a pragmatic balance between speed and quality of engineering and design solutions

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager working in a highly collaborative environment
Experience working with a dynamic pricing or revenue management system
Awareness of UX best practices & Ability to interpret user research, usability testing, and quantitative user behavior analysis
Ability to define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy
Experience in creating and managing product roadmaps
Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Familiarity with the basics of web development, APIs, and distributed system architecture
Experience and willingness to work with a high degree of both individual and team autonomy
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and lateral leadership skills
Fluent in English
