  • We're looking for a motivated and driven (Senior) Project Manager - CS strategy execution (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

    This is a key role responsible for driving the successful execution and implementation of our customer service strategy, which has been already developed and approved by C-level. This individual will collaborate cross-functionally (with CS business teams, CS tech teams, and non-CS teams) to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The (Senior) Project Manager will play a critical role in enhancing customer satisfaction, improving operational efficiency, and contributing to the overall success of our customer service initiatives.

    Your Tasks – Paint the world green

    Project Planning and Execution:

    • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets.
    • Lead the execution of projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
    • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and adjust plans as needed.
    • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with teams across the organization, including customer service, operations, marketing, and IT.
    • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for projects.

    Reporting:

    • Gather and analyze data to track project performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Prepare regular reports on project status, key metrics, and insights.

    Customer Focus:

    • Maintain a strong focus on customer needs and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Ensure projects deliver measurable improvements in customer satisfaction and loyalty.

    Development of solution:

    • Lead brainstorming sessions and workshops to generate solutions for various work streams
    • Be ready to gain quickly expertise  in a certain area and actively contribute to the development of solutions.
    • Use data to drive decision-making and optimize project outcomes.

    Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in STEM, business, or management.
    • Demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.

    Skills:

    • Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management. Proficiency in PM software and tools.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across the organization.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision-making.

    Abilities:

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Results-oriented and driven to achieve success.
