    About the position

    Are you passionate about project management & innovation? Would you like to be part of Supply Chain and be responsible for aligning functional & leadership stakeholders to deliver a broad portfolio of projects within Flora Food Group working with our wonderful plant-based margarines & creams!

    As part of our P&I team, you are responsible for the end-to-end coordination of different innovation projects. Project types include new innovations, Value creation Projects, roll-outs and recipe changes with an agreed time plan. The role interfaces between Innovation Managers at factories, Planning, Marketing, Research & Development (R&D) and various Supply Chain functions, such as Procurement and Quality. You will not only work cross functionally, but also cross countries globally as we take our products across multiple countries globally. You will work in an exciting role in a factory that is bringing to market exciting new products.

    So, what are the key objectives / projects you will deliver in the first year?

    1. Represent End to End Supply Chain in cross functional project teams for innovations, savings and supply chain network projects:
    • Coordinate and represent End to End Supply Chain to ensure excellent project delivery on-time-in-full (innovation, renovation, cost saving, improvement projects)
    • Functional stakeholder management
    • Responsible to capture and plan all technical and Supply Chain project risks during the various stages and ensure mitigations are in place
    1. Improve team processes (cross functional and own P&I team):
    • Identify gaps in current processes and propose and implement solutions
    • Set up and support processes i.e export, project tracking tools
    • Take responsibility for certain functional team requirements i.e database management, file management, system key users etc
    1. Support P&I Lead in big strategic projects in day to day execution, for example with:
    • Operational execution of project
    • OTIF network follow up
    • Trial planning and follow up
    • Estimated & final pricing

    So what does it take to be successful in this role? 

    You have worked in a similar role for the past 3+ years in Supply Chain and are now ready to go into a more hybrid role. You have some knowledge or experience in planning, operations or engineering. You are analytical and have a very structured way of working, you are hands on. Furthermore, you bring a proven track record of running complex projects. Ideally you have a basic understanding of production processes and capabilities, risk assessment and validation of in–house and co-making operations. You are ready to enjoy working in a fast-paced environment & we will give you the full ownership you need to make a real impact.
