Tasks

• Hiring Review: Evaluate candidates, assign them to stages, and send responses.
• Basic Responsibility Check: Check if people follow their responsibilities and resolve issues with empathy
• Check-ins: Conduct regular check-ins with the team.
• Organize Workations: Plan and manage team offsites.
• Employee development: Moderare Review Meetings and help people to achieve their goals
• Support: Be the go-to person for team issues.

Requirements

Must-Have:

• Empathy
• Reliability
• Good overview of current needs
• Ability to follow processes
• Proficient in English

Nice-to-Have:

• German language skills
• Experience in people management
• Background in psychology

Job Details

• Hours: 10-20 hours per week
