We are FRAMOS, a global technology company with over 180 employees. We are looking for a Product Manager with a focus on understanding and driving integration initiatives while building and preparing key technology partnerships.
Reporting to the Head of Product Management and collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will develop and manage strategic partnerships with key computer vendors, driving product innovation and market launches. You will establish a clear partner network, prioritize product development initiatives based on business needs, and execute integration strategies to create high-performance vision solutions – last but not least creating impact on our P&L.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will drive FRAMOS’ strategic integration initiatives, proactively identifying opportunities and shaping partnerships rather than simply reacting to market trends.
- You will develop and execute FRAMOS’ compute partner strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities and product roadmaps.
- You will establish and manage a strong partner network, identifying key compute vendors and structuring collaborations to drive innovation.
- You will evaluate the technical and commercial fit of potential partners, ensuring integrations support scalable, high-performance vision solutions.
- You will lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, marketing, sales, and external partners to define requirements and execute integration projects efficiently.
- You will set clear priorities, drive initiatives with urgency, and foster strong internal alignment to ensure successful partnerships.
This role is based in our Munich office.
YOUR PROFILE- You have a background in hardware-software co-development, API-based integrations, or product ecosystem management.
- You excel in customer discovery, market analysis, and go-to-market strategy.
- You are familiar with networks like NVIDIA, AMD, Sony, or NXP and have ideally already worked with them or similar alliances.
- You have a proven track record in managing strategic partnerships and technical integrations.
- You have outstanding communication skills.
- You are customer-driven and have a a proactive and execution-focused mindset.
- You are fluent in English, German or Croatian Skills are benefitial.
