Lead / Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack)

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer who is ready to roll up their sleeves to help build something meaningful. The earliest possible entry date is the first of November.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, optimize, and scale our FinTech platform for small-business lending

• Drives decisions that influence the product’s functionality, design, and technical infrastructure

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, data science, etc.) to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

• Share your ideas clearly through written and verbal communication

What You Bring:

• 5-10 years of full-time experience in software development.

• Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript

• Pragmatic & Get-things-Done attitude: a strong desire to solve meaningful problems without the burden of managing large teams.

• Ability to understand and align technical solutions with business goals

• Experience working with lean teams

• A growth mindset and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt (including new tech stacks)

• Excellent communication skills (in English)

Preferred but not Mandatory:

• Prior experience working with FinTech products

• Hands-on experience with AWS

• Experience with serverless computing
