About the position
As a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer at nps.today, you will be at the forefront of shaping our technology stack and building solutions that directly impact the future of customer experience management. You will design and implement scalable, high-performance systems that drive the success of businesses across Europe. Your work will influence architectural decisions, optimize workflows, and enhance the overall efficiency of our platform.

Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of C#, dotnet 8+, EF Core, Typescript, React.
- Experience in building and scaling systems in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, infrastructure, and how they interconnect.
- Expertise in development methods and design patterns.
- Proficiency in implementing rigorous testing strategies to ensure system reliability.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving inefficiencies.
- A focus on scalability and performance, with a keen eye on both immediate and long-term goals.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
- Proven ability to collaborate with internal teams and manage dependencies.

Experience
The ideal candidate will have a background in software engineering with significant experience in full-stack development. A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, but not required. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in software engineering, particularly in building scalable systems in SaaS or similar industries. Startup experience is a plus, as is familiarity with agile development methodologies. Fluency in English is required, and experience working with international teams is a bonus.
