We are looking for an experienced and organized HR Manager with a focus on administrative tasks to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation of the HR department by managing essential HR processes, handling documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies. This is a hands-on position that requires a detail-oriented individual who excels in managing HR administration while supporting our broader people and culture goals.

- Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including employee records, contracts, and documentation.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all necessary paperwork and systems are completed efficiently.
- Maintain and update employee files, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.
- Support payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in data entry and communication with the finance department.
- Administer employee benefits and leave management, acting as the point of contact for any queries.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across all HR-related matters.
- Provide general HR support to employees, answering inquiries and helping with policy understanding.
- Support HR reporting and data analysis for senior management on employee performance, headcount, and other relevant metrics.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive work environment by organizing company events, employee recognition, and other morale-boosting initiatives.
Qualifikation
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR administration, ideally in a similar HR Manager or HR Generalist role.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and administrative best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees across all levels.
- Familiarity with HR software and systems for maintaining employee records and processing HR-related tasks.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive employee data.
