Tasks

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Collaborate & Conquer: Team up with our marketing lead to brainstorm and understand the content and videos we need.
• Script & Shoot: Write scripts, build sets, buy props, and shoot footage that showcases our products in the best light.
• Edit Like a Champ: Cut, edit, add subtitles and effects, play with animations – we’re counting on your creative genius to make our videos pop and get the message across!
• Impact & Influence: Shape how our brand is preceived online and help our customers make the best buying choices.

Requirements

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• Video Virtuoso: You have experience creating killer product videos for ads or e-commerce brands.
• Storytelling Wizard: You live for creating fun and witty short-format content that grabs attention.
• Bonus Points: Got your own film gear? Awesome! If not, no worries – we’ve got a treasure trove of professional cameras, lenses, lighting, as well as a plethora of tripods, backgrounds, clamps and all the gadgets to make your videographer heart race.

OUR APPLICATION PROCESS

1. Application via JOIN: You send us your resume and portfolio and we will give you feedback within 24-48 hours on working days.
2. Google Meet Interview: If your profile catches our interest, we will invite you to an initial interview via Google Meet. We will tell you more about the role we are looking for and what we expect from you. You will have the opportunity to introduce yourself and your qualifications. Of course, you will also have the opportunity to ask your questions.
3. Interview in our office in Berlin (or remotely): While we give you an office tour, one or two colleagues will talk to you about the role, expectations and experiences. Of course, you can ask your questions again and we will discuss your interests and possible marketing strategies.
4. Time to think about it: work is a big part of your life. Some of our employees have left their home country to work with us. Taking on a new job is a big decision that requires a few days of reflection. We give you time to reflect on the impressions of the interview.
5. Final talks: We will get back to you after a few days. Normally we don't need more than a week. Of course, you will have another opportunity to ask questions and make a decision. Once you've signed the contract, we can't wait to welcome you to the team to revolutionize D2C e-commerce together!
