Now are currently looking for a passionate Working Student who would join our Growth Marketing Team with the focus on CRM.

Your role in a team:

Documentation:

Maintain and update CRM funnels and campaigns for relevant stakeholders (we are using Miro)
Create and update CRM guidelines and process documentation (we are using Confluence)

Operational Support (we are using Braze):

Assist in automating CRM processes through creation of emails/sms, segments, and canvases

creating email templates, segments, and canvases
collaborating with the creative team to create campaigns

Monitor CRM funnels and journeys to ensure smooth operation
Conduct and implement A/B tests for optimization

Analysis:

Check the functionality of CRM funnels and journeys
Generate and analyze A/B test results and evaluate individual campaigns

What you need to be successful:

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
Basic understanding of CRM systems; experience with Miro, Confluence, and Braze is a plus
Strong skills in documentation and project management, with attention to detail
Experience or interest in email marketing, SMS campaigns, and automation
Ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams to develop and launch campaigns
Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct A/B tests and interpret campaign data
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive attitude
