As a Backend Engineer, you'll be part of our BANCOS Banking Core team. You'll help develop core components of our banking solution and ensure we provide our customers with a high-quality, secure, and innovative product

- Programming languages: C/C++, Java, Go, 4gl
- CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab
- Monitoring & Logging: ELK Stack
- Linux-based systems

- Work in a dynamic team developing scalable backend systems
- Actively shape the architecture of our banking solution and contribute your ideas
- Collaborate closely with product managers and QA engineers in our agile environment
- Develop high-performance applications while adhering to banking regulations and security requirements
Das bringst du mit
- 2-5 years of experience in backend development
- Experience with at least one of our core languages (C/C++, Java, or Go)
- Solid understanding of relational databases and Linux systems
- Ideally, some experience in the European banking or fintech sector
- Basic German language skills and fluent English
- Interest in modern development practices and clean code
