GHARAGE is the Vision Hub and Venture Vehicle backed by Gebr. Heinemann. Founded in 2019 our purpose is to innovate the travel experience and be a diverse team to partner, build and invest in the future of travel and retail. Our headquarters are in Hamburg, with offices in Berlin and Singapore.
Our creative studio, dedicated to storytelling, strategy, and brand experiences across the Gebr. Heinemann is growing. As a Sr. Project Manager (m/f/d), you will be at the forefront of driving strategic projects that align with organizational goals. This role requires a blend of leadership, analytical thinking, and creativity to ensure successful project delivery. You will collaborate closely with various teams to establish processes that enhance efficiency and foster innovation.
Tasks
- Oversee the end-to-end management of projects, ensuring they meet timelines and budgetary constraints
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project scopes and objectives that align with strategic goals
- Establish and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency
- Facilitate regular meetings and updates with stakeholders to communicate progress and address challenges
- Develop and implement processes that enhance project workflows and promote best practices (e.g. generative AI tools)
- Analyze project outcomes to derive insights and recommendations for future initiatives
Requirements
- You have a proven track record in project management, demonstrating success in leading complex projects
- You possess strong analytical skills to assess project performance and drive continuous improvement
- You are an effective communicator, able to articulate ideas clearly and engage diverse stakeholders
- You excel in time management, prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
- You exhibit strategic thinking, enabling you to align projects with broader organizational objectives
- You are adaptable and open to utilizing innovative tools and methodologies to enhance project outcomes
- Experience using Jira is a big plus

The role requires some willingness to travel between our Hamburg and Berlin offices, as well as occasional client visits.
