    Business Development Manager (f/m/d)

    Your Role

    As a Business Development Manager at GIATA, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our innovative travel technology solutions. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our presence in key markets, such as the US and Europe.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Market Analysis, Business Development, and Reporting: Identifying new markets and business opportunities in travel and hotel technology; analyzing market trends and competitive developments; and creating regular reports on opportunities, challenges, and results.
    • Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining relationships with partners such as OTAs, hotel chains, and other industry players; managing key accounts; and closely collaborating with internal teams like marketing and product management to develop tailored solutions.
    • Negotiations and Contract Management: Leading negotiations and structuring contracts and terms to ensure successful and sustainable partnerships.

    What You Bring

    • Several years of professional experience in business development, sales or account management - preferably in a technology-driven company.
    • Knowledge of the travel and hotel industry in a B2B context, especially regarding content solutions.
    • Excellent proficiency in German and English.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • A high level of initiative, flexibility, and a structured approach to work.
