    • Allgemeiner IT-Support für Mitarbeitende bei Hard- und Softwareproblemen

    • Betriebssysteme wie MacOS oder Linux

    • Grundlagen der Webentwicklung und des Hostings, inkl. SQL und Apache

    • Aufbau und Funktionen von Client-Server-Informationssystemen auf LAMP-Basis

    • Aufbau und Funktionen von CRM- und ERP-Systemen

    • Administration von Groupwarelösungen

    • IT-Sicherheitsmanagement
