We’re looking for a Junior Data Engineer to help build and maintain the data backbone of our platform. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior engineers and product teams, learning the ropes while making tangible contributions to GlassDollar’s success. Responsibilities
- Support Data Pipelines: Help maintain and enhance existing data pipelines, ensuring data accuracy and quality.
- Collaborate on Solutions: Work with senior team members to design and implement features that bring user value.
- Integrate AI & Search: Contribute to systems like ElasticSearch and Large Language Models (LLMs) for data retrieval and recommendation solutions.
- Database Management: Assist in managing and organizing our startup database, ensuring information is complete and up-to-date.
- Cross-Team Support: Partner with product and UI/UX teams to deliver solutions that align with our business goals.
Your profile
- Experience: 1+ years in software engineering or data-related roles.
- Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, knowledge of Relational Databases, and an eagerness to learn ElasticSearch and LLMs.
- Curiosity: A strong desire to grow and master data engineering in a product-focused environment.
- Mindset: Detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to take initiative.
