    About this role : 

    We are currently looking for a (Junior) CRM specialist - French Speaker to join and support our Connect tribe. Amongst many exciting challenges at GSG, you will:


    Responsibilities: 

    Develop and implement the CRM communications for our brand within the Connect Tribe to drive user activation and retention 

    Your Profile : 

    • University degree in IT, Business Administrations, Marketing, Informatics
    • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the field of CRM, preferably in a start-up or e-commerce sector
    • Hands-on experience with marketing automation/CRM tools (e.g. Blueshift, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget) including scripting knowledge for advanced dynamic content like AMP script, liquid etc 
    • Strong knowledge of database and SQL HTML is a plus
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Ability to identify relevant business KPIs and optimizing our strategies where necessary
    • Have a can-do attitude 
    • Fluency French and English both written and spoken (other languages are a plus)
