Global Track Warehouse is seeking an entry-level Business Development Specialist to join our growing team. This role will focus on business development, marketing activities, and product management. As a key representative of our company, you will actively engage clients and foster long-lasting relationships.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Marketing: Lead sales initiatives and marketing strategies to achieve company goals and facilitate growth.
Client Engagement: Identify potential business opportunities, create persuasive proposals, and participate in client meetings, and ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
Industry Insights: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
Operational Analysis: Evaluate operational processes, business workflows, and product lines to identify efficiencies and areas for performance improvement.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Fluent in German and English; French proficiency is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (recent graduates preferred).
Some travel may be required.
Proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities.
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Outstanding interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships with clients and collaborate effectively within teams.
