Tasks- Support the Lead Management team by screening and qualifying incoming leads, ensuring information is accurate and relevant.
- Assist with outbound lead generation by identifying and updating target accounts to support outreach efforts.
- Conduct research to verify lead details and maintain data completeness and reliability.
- Support the maintenance and updating of lead records in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Assist in creating regular reports on lead quality and performance insights.
Requirements- Currently enrolled in a study program (e.g., economics, social sciences, statistics, data science, or a related field) in Germany, with at least one year remaining until graduation.
- Solution-oriented and reliable team player with strong written and spoken English skills; knowledge of Portuguese or Spanish is a big plus.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Confident in using Microsoft Office tools.
- Based in Hamburg.
