  • Your mission

    We are looking for an experienced Paid Marketing Analytics Specialist to join our team. You will have in-depth knowledge of performance marketing, excellent analytical skills and technical expertise to ensure the efficiency and tracking of our campaigns.

    • Your main area of responsibility will be to take ownership of the Meta Ads channel and tracking topics within the marketing team
    • You are responsible for the implementation, analysis, optimization and tracking of our paid social media campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram).
    • You will be responsible for setting up, managing and troubleshooting Google Tag Manager (GTM) tags and building conversion analysis funnels.
    • Investigate and troubleshoot campaign tracking issues and set up tracking for new campaigns to ensure accurate performance measurement.
    • Using your analytical skills, you will analyze the performance of marketing channels, identify trends and anomalies to optimize existing campaigns and plan new campaigns.
    • You optimize the efficiency of campaigns by adjusting bids, texts, advertising material, etc.
    • You work closely with other teams to ensure campaign tracking and coordinate with tech and data teams on the required infrastructure.
    • You keep up to date with current industry trends, tools and best practices in the field of marketing technology.

    Your profile

    • You have > 4 years of experience, either as a Performance Marketing Manager or partly as a Data Analyst, ideally in a digital environment.
    • Analytical skills are your strength, allowing you to use data to derive actionable insights.
    • You are proficient in performance marketing metrics and KPIs and understand how these are measured.
    • You have worked with various (analysis) tools. These include Meta Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization such as Looker, Metabase, xls etc. Knowledge of programming or database languages (e.g. SQL) is a plus.
    • You have strong project management and organizational skills
    • Being a team player with good communication skills are part of your personality.
    • Fluency in English and a good command of German are required.
