Tasks

Client Interaction: Maintain continuous client engagement, working closely with project management and implementation teams
Process Improvement: Identify optimization opportunities and collaborate with clients to develop effective solutions
IT System Integration: Oversee the selection, implementation, and enhancement of IT systems within the technical information landscape
Model Creation: Design process, metadata, and information models for systems such as Component Content Management Systems, Content Delivery Portals, and knowledge graph-based applications
Workshop Facilitation: Lead customer workshops to assess needs and define actionable solutions
Agile Project Management: Utilize agile methodologies to manage projects and ensure successful delivery

Requirements

Degree in Business Informatics, Information Management, Natural Sciences, or a related discipline
Strong analytical abilities, process-oriented thinking, and a deep understanding of complex IT and system architectures
Proven experience in project management and facilitating workshops
Expertise in XML (required), with basic scripting/programming skills and familiarity with W3C standards (nice-to-have)
Minimum of 3 years experience in knowledge and information management, preferably with consulting experience in technical communication
Mechanical engineering and plant construction experience is beneficial but not required
Languages: Proficiency in German (C2 level or native) and English (C1+ level)
Excellent communication and presentation skills, active listening, solution-oriented mindset, assertiveness, persuasiveness, team leadership, and strong customer orientation
