We are looking for a skilled and passionate Online Marketing Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team and contribute with expertise and creativity.
Your mission
- Managing, developing, and optimizing our corporate website with WordPress while adhering to the latest standards and best practices.
- Independently conceptualizing and implementing landing pages, continuously improving and updating content in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
- Analyzing and identifying areas for improvement on our public platforms and working closely with relevant departments to implement technical and content-related updates.
- Prioritizing and managing tasks, as well as handling tickets in Jira and Confluence to ensure efficient project execution.
- Collaborating with experts in web development, analytics, design, and content to ensure the successful implementation of projects and optimization measures.
Your profile
- You have extensive knowledge of search engine optimization and can communicate effectively with external agencies and internal stakeholders to develop targeted strategies.
- You have significant experience using web analytics tools (e.g., Matomo Analytics) and can derive well-founded recommendations based on data and KPIs.
- You have a strong sense of user-centered web design and can critically assess and optimize design decisions.
- You work in a structured manner and maintain an overview, even when handling complex and dynamic tasks.
- You are a strong communicator and a team player who proactively develops new solutions and continuously improves.
- You are fluent in both written and spoken German and English and can clearly and precisely convey complex topics.
