Introduction to Growi

We achieve this by building a centralized platform that enables expats to incorporate and administer their companies in the most remote-friendly and straightforward way. Our AI-driven platform provides expat founders with the expertise they need to launch their businesses, offering essential resources like legal contracts, insurance, and tax advisory services.

Where Are We? What is Our Traction?

Growi is an early-stage startup with a validated business model. We currently have around 45 paying customers, generating €4,950 in external revenue. Our small but dedicated team of four includes Dawid, our co-founder, who has previously founded and sold a startup and brings a strong network of investors for future growth.

Our top priority now is to find a Tech Co-Founder, hopefully you to lead platform development and drive further traction on the tech side. At Growi, we believe in raising funds strategically—when it aligns with our vision, not out of necessity.

Tasks

We are seeking a Tech Co-Founder (CTO) to join Growi as an equal partner and lead the technology side of our business. This is a pivotal role for someone who is not just a follower, but a challenger, ready to co-create the future of our product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and define the product vision, ensuring alignment with our overall business goals
• Ensure scalability of the platform to support thousands of active users
• Make strategic decisions on incorporating AI models into the core product
• Work with the existing MVP (React.js and Node) or suggest improvements for future development

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven technical leadership experience, ideally in a startup environment
• Proficiency in AI technologies and their application in product development
• Strong business acumen, with an ability to contribute to strategic discussions
• Experience with scaling platforms to handle high user volumes (B2C)
• Preferred familiarity with React.js and Node, though open to suggestions for improvement
