    The Account Manager is a critical role in working directly with our advertising agency partners to execute campaigns to meet client targets.  The role supports our sales team to ensure that all aspects of campaigns are performing above client expectations while updating, educating, and building relationships with advertising users. 

    The Account Manager facilitates the management of all aspects of the campaign internally working closely with our design teams, the advertising operations, and our sellers while providing GumGum clients with an industry-leading end-to-end experience.

    Note: GumGum fosters a flexible work environment, offering GumGummers the ability to work either in-office or remotely/from home. However, for occasional in-person collaboration, we kindly ask that this position be located within a 'commutable' distance to our office.

    What You'll Achieve

    • Campaign Management & Client Satisfaction
      • Implement and execute advertising campaigns on GumGum's platform.
      • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign success.
      • Use GumGum's Insights Dashboard for weekly performance reports and recommendations.
      • Deliver End of Campaign Reports aligned with objectives and KPIs.
      • Cultivate and manage relationships with agencies and clients to optimize performance.
    • New Business Development
      • Assist in building media proposals using GumGum's inventory management system.
      • Support sales team with campaign proposals and strategic opportunities.
    • Campaign Execution and Optimization
      • Traffic assets, creative materials, and tags with clients and teams.
      • Review campaign performance regularly to meet KPIs and suggest optimizations.
      • Present campaign updates and communicate optimizations to clients and sales teams.
      • Identify growth opportunities in existing campaigns for incremental revenue.
    • Internal Processes
      • Review and approve IOs and billing reports for accuracy.
      • Provide client service feedback to improve company processes.

    Skills You'll Bring

    • BA/BS in Business (Advertising/Marketing) or equivalent experience.
    • 3-5 years in digital media, preferably in Account Management, Media Planning, or Customer Service.
    • Extreme attention to detail.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Intermediate PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills.
    • Familiarity with Atlas, Doubleclick, Comscore, Sizmek, MOAT, Integral Ad Science, Millward Brown, Salesforce, Nielsen, DoubleVerify, and JIRA is a plus.
    • Proficiency in online advertising terms, concepts, and revenue models.
    • Ability to manage diverse client needs and maintain excellent customer service.
    • Diplomatic stakeholder management internally and externally.
    • Ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
    • Native-level proficiency in German and advanced proficiency in English.
    • Highly self-motivated team player with a growth mindset.
    • Self-organized, proactive, and solution-oriented.
