• What are we looking for?

We are seeking a passionate Sustainability Officer to join our team to help develop and implement plans for achieving our sustainability goals and targets, as well as serve as an internal subject matter expert on all matters related to sustainability. If you are a recent graduate or have a first working experience and are eager to apply your knowledge in a dynamic environment, we would love to meet you.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain databases for data collection and tracking progress towards sustainability goals and targets (Scope 1, 2, 3 in view of CSRD compliance)
• Support ESG reporting, frameworks, and management system standards in the workplace and continuously monitor their trends.
• Actively support company’s journey towards SBTi’s commitment
• Provide business support for assessing environmental impacts of business activities, technologies, products, and for assessing BUSS carbon inventories and accounting.
• Benchmark industry best practices in sustainability to help improving company’s environmental performance.
• Coordinate with various independent research rating institutes (like Ecovadis) to provide feedback on BUS sustainability efforts.
• Implement sustainability related policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Review and discuss identified gaps and recommend actions to close gaps.
• Actively support sustainability communication to the organization

Qualifikation

• Master’s degree in Sustainability or related subject(s), or master’s degree in another subject with proven working experience in comparable role.

• Fluent in English.

• Strong analytical skills and resourcefulness.Self-driven, organized & structured.
