    We are looking for a Membership Growth & Sales Director to establish and lead a high-performance membership sales strategy from the ground up. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the entire sales structure, drive significant revenue growth, and play a pivotal role in expanding the HAGIUS community.

    Tasks

    Develop & Execute Sales Strategy: Create a structured and scalable B2C membership sales strategy to drive revenue growth and ensure long-term sustainability.

    Develop Sales Strategy: Formulate and execute a comprehensive strategy to meet and exceed membership objectives.

    Build Sales Infrastructure: Set up and Optimise a high-performance sales funnel that efficiently converts leads into paying members.

    • Conversion Focus: Implement a strategic approach to converting ClassPass and trial users into full-time members.

    • Member Retention & Engagement: Establish close relationships with members to ensure renewals, satisfaction, and word-of-mouth referrals.

    • Performance-Driven Approach: Consistently Analyse KPIs, fine-tune strategies, and implement initiatives that drive measurable results.

    Brand Representation: Exemplify and convey Hagius’ core values, ensuring a superior experience for all members.

    Requirements

    Proven B2C Sales Leader: You have a track record of successfully building and scaling sales operations, ideally in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or luxury sectors.

    • Strategic & Data-Driven: You understand how to create and execute revenue-focused growth strategies.

    • Results-Oriented Mindset: You are comfortable working with sales targets, performance-based incentives, and driving ROI.

    • Exceptional Communication & Relationship-Building Skills: You know how to convert leads, retain members, and build long-term loyalty.

    • Entrepreneurial & Self-Starter: You thrive in environments where you can build something from the ground up.

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred but not required).
