This is the job to be done:

You will have full ownership of the tech team, driving the execution of our product. We love shipping fast—every new release is celebrated by both our team and our customers.

You’ll be 70% player, 30% coach—spending most of your time hands-on coding.
Set the quality bar for every engineer—your team will only rise to the standard you uphold.
Stay on top of the latest best practices and ensure processes are designed to maximize iteration speed and execution.
