YOUR MISSION
Your mission is to identify and attract the best talent who align both professionally and personally with Hawk. You are dedicated to finding the perfect candidates, ensuring a seamless hiring process, and taking pride in contributing to the growth and success of both the candidates and the organization.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical staffing needs and job requirements.
- You source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles, including software engineers, developers, data scientists, and other IT professionals.
- You utilize various recruiting methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to attract candidates.
- You conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
- You manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- You maintain an up-to-date candidate database and track recruiting metrics.
- You ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- You stay current on tech industry trends and recruiting best practices.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in tech recruiting, preferably in a startup environment.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and the tech industry landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.
